Can I upload my own advice sheet?

Go to My Exercises from the top menu, then select 'Add New Advice Sheet'. Enter the Advice Sheet Name, and add a Description. Select the Category and Subcategory. Upload your Advice Sheet PDF. Click 'Save'.
