What formats of advice sheets can I upload?

You can upload PDF advice sheets to the RMP site. To make a PDF, use an online converter, or in later versions of Microsoft Word you can export a document as a PDF.

To upload an advice sheet, go to My Exercises from the top menu, then select 'Add New Advice Sheet'. Enter the Advice Sheet Name, and add a Description. Select the Category and Subcategory. Upload your Advice Sheet PDF. Click 'Save'.
