How can I email an exercise plan to a patient?

To email an exercise plan, the quickest and easiest way is just after you have created your plan. Once you make an exercise plan, click the 'Email to Patient' button. Please note that you should check you have the correct email address from your patient. We notice a lot of email addresses that users input are incorrect, so the patient never receives the exercise plan.
