How do I delete a patient?

Click My Patients and you will find yourself on the patient dashboard. On the right side of patient name you can select the drop down box and click 'Delete this patient'.  Be careful because once you delete a patient it can’t be reversed.

Also you could open patient record and click on the Delete button on the right side of the screen.
