I Can’t Login!

We get a couple of emails every week from people who are unable to login, so we compiled some guidance here to help…

We’ve listed the main reasons why you are unable to login: 

• User Error

We know this may sound harsh, but most people are simply entering an incorrect password. This happens a lot on mobile phones.

• Not selecting the Captcha

If you enter an incorrect password more than once, you will be asked to click the captcha

• Google Chrome has saved the incorrect details

Sometimes Google Chrome saves an incorrect password or reverts to a previously inputted email address and password used for other websites. Please make sure you have the correct email address and password in the box. 

• You have used another email address to register an account

I know it sounds crazy, but often people have used a different email account and are wondering why it won’t work. 

• You are entering a name instead of an email address. 

Please enter your email address when you login (not your name). 

If none of that works: 

Go to www.rehabmypatient.com/login and then click Forgot your password.
